BACKGROUND OF DIRECTOR:
He was born in Konya in 1969. He graduated from Trakya University, Department of Field Crops in 1992 as an Agricultural Engineer. He completed his master's degree in Namık Kemal University Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Department. Between 1995 and 2015, he worked in Avcılar Municipality in the Directorate of Financial Services. He worked as the Municipal Police Chief, Cleaning Services Director, Parks and Gardens Director within the same Municipality. As of 2015, he started to work as the Park and Gardens Director in Büyükçekmece Municipality. He has been working as Health Services Director since September 2015.

To provide free health services for our citizens living in our district to live in full physical, mental and social well-being, and to continue effective and reliable.
Vision
To provide uninterrupted and efficient supporting services for the protection of public health and street animals.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Directorate of Health Services:
• Assisting the implementation of the general policies taken for the protection of individual and public health on a district basis in order to ensure that the people continue their lives in full physical, mental and social well-being, and to carry out all kinds of works in this regard,
• Providing preventive medicine and rehabilitation services by fighting against contagious, epidemic and social diseases at district level,
• Protecting the health of mothers and children, helping the citizens in this regard,
• Inspecting the complaints concerning the public’s health in accordance with the provisions of the regulation.
• Taking the necessary measures regarding environmental health in coordination with the Directorate of Environmental Protection and Control and to have the necessary measures taken,
• Planning public education on public health issues, when necessary, carrying out public awareness activities with magazines, brochures, posters, etc.
• Cooperating with public institutions and organizations, universities and other non-governmental organizations in order to improve public health,
• Ensuring the participation of the personnel working in the Directorate of Health Services in activities such as training, courses and congresses within the scope of continuous professional development,
• Checking whether the places to be opened for general service are suitable for health conditions,
• Contributing to the preventive health measures taken by the government against contagious and epidemic human diseases within the borders of the Municipality,
• Cooperating with the institutions and organizations in the district regarding health services,
• Treating the personnel working in the municipality, referral to secondary and tertiary health institutions when necessary,
• Inspecting the second and third class sanitary and non-sanitary facilities.
