Uğur SalmanDirector of Support Services
BACKGROUND OF DIRECTOR:
He was born in 1978 in Isparta. He graduated from Anadolu University Public Relations Department in 2002, Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration in 2008, and Atatürk University Occupational Health and Safety Department in 2014. Between 1997 and - 2015, he served at various levels of the Turkish Armed Forces. In 2015, he started to work as an D.P.C.O. in Büyükçekmece Municipality. He is still working as the Support Services Director, which he was appointed in 2016. He speaks intermediate level of English.
Mission
To provide the necessary tools, equipment, services, machinery and materials in the right amount, at the right time, in the most economical way, in accordance with the legislation, in order for our municipality to carry out its activities effectively and efficiently.

To be a directorate that provides quality service with a transparent, accessible, participatory, human satisfaction-oriented service approach in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities of Support Services Directorate:
- To carry out the services related to the purchase and rental of the necessary tools, equipment and materials for the municipality,
- To perform cleaning, lighting, communication, heating, maintenance, repair and transportation services,
- Organizing and executing catering services and services related to the establishment and management of social facilities,
- To carry out or have the maintenance and repairs of the construction machines and all kinds of vehicles belonging to the municipality and the installations, machinery and equipment in the repair workshop,
- Ensuring for timely vehicle traffic insurance, motor insurance, technical and exhaust system inspections.
