The Scope of Processing Your Personal Data
T.R. Büyükçekmece Municipality (hereinafter referred as the “Organization”) as the Data Controller, in case of your consent, will process your identity and contact information for the purpose of planning the travel and accommodation and/or creating guest lists.
With your consent, your personal data will be transferred to the travel agency, hotel, airline company or the institutions that will carry out the organization, within the limit of the required purpose. The data you consent is deleted, destroyed or anonymized as soon as you withdraw your consent. We would like to remind you that, you have the right to withdraw your consent before the organization is scheduled; with the planning of the organization, your data will be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligation by the institutions to which the data is transferred.
Your Rights Regarding Your Data
Relevant person refers to the real persons whose personal data are processed. You, our valued Online Visitors, as the relevant person, have the following rights regarding your personal data processed in accordance with the KVKK:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed or not,
- Requesting information if your personal data is processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, in the country or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in KVKK c,
- Requesting notification of the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, about the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of personal data upon your request,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person herself/himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Requesting the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data
Methods You Should Follow to Exercise Your Rights
For your applications and requests regarding your personal data, through the Relevant Person Application Form,
- By sending to the address “Fatih Mah. Şehremini Sok. No:1 Büyükçekmece / İstanbul” with your original signature and a copy of your identity card,
- By signing with secure electronic signature or mobile signature and sending it to kvkk@bcekmece.bel.tr e-mail address,
- By signing with secure electronic signature or mobile signature and sending it to buyukcekmecebelediyesi@hs01.kep.tr via registered electronic mail (KEP),
- By applying in person with a valid identity document, you can send it to the organization.
In order for us to operate the process in the most efficient way for you, you must clearly and understandably state which of your rights you want to exercise in your request, and the details of the process you request.
We would like to emphasize that the subject of the request must be related to the relevant person. If an application is made on behalf of someone else, the person making the request must rely on a specially documented authorization (power of attorney) for the requested process. Unauthorized applications will not be considered.
