Mayor Akgün will open Cheonan World Dance Festival

Mayor of Büyükçekmece Dr. Hasan Akgün who went Cheonan City of Republic of Korea in order to attend the General Assembly of Federation of International Dance Festivals, will open Cheonan World Dance Festival and observe Korean Contemporary Dance Contests.

Mayor Akgün, who met the Mayor of Cheonan Park Sang Don, examined the fields of municipal works and urbanism in cities of Seoul and Cheonan.

Golden Bridge Folk Dances Ensemble got Great Acclaim

Büyükçekmece Municipality Golden Bridge Ensemble that was specially invited by Cheonan Municipality got great acclaim with their magnificent dance performances. Golden Bridge Folk Dances Ensemble that performed dances of Kırklareli, Mardin, İzmir, Burdur, Trabzon regions will continue their performances in different cities and festivals of the Republic of Korea.
