World Music Day was celebrated with enthusiasm in Büyükçekmece

"Rhythm Workshop in the Museum" and "Turkish Folk Music Concert" were held in Büyükçekmece as part of the World Music Day.

The children from Büyükçekmece and their families showed great interest in the activities celebrated enthusiastically as part of the World Music Day.

  Children develop their sense of rhythm

Organized by Büyükçekmece Municipality as part of the World Music Day, the "Rhythm in the Museum" event with folk dance and rhythm trainer Erdem Kılıç was held at Mimarsinan World Costumes Museum. While the children participating in the event developed their sense of rhythm, their families had a pleasant time with them. At the end of the event, flowers were presented to the trainer Erdem Kılıç on behalf of the Mayor of Büyükçekmece, Dr. Hasan Akgün.

 They gave a great performance

As part of the World Music Day, a Turkish Folk Music Concert was held in Büyükçekmece Municipality City Square by the Instructor of the People's Academy, Ozan Akanaraz, and his students. At the end of the concert, Ozan Akanaraz and his students, who gave a magnificent performance, were presented flowers by Büyükçekmece Municipality Coordinator Gürhan Ozanoğlu, on behalf of Dr.Hasan Akgün, Mayor of Büyükçekmece.
